Our Computers were Down the week of July 18, 2018. At that time, we were unable to access patient charts, reports and results. We are now back up and running, but still experiencing a few issues that we are working on quickly to resolve.
If you are waiting for a response, or you are waiting for results that would have been initiated/performed after Jun 11 through to Jun 18 and have not heard a response, please send us a message through the Health Myself Portal to ensure we follow up on any outstanding issues.
If we were arranging a test or starting a referral for you between Jun 11-18, please also send us a reminder through the Health Myself Portal, so we can double check that we are acting on it.
Did you have a visit in the office on Friday Jun 15 or Monday Jun 18, 2018? If so, please kindly send us a message in the Portal, letting us know if you saw your physician or nurse, briefly what the reason was, and if your physician was going to arrange any further testing or referrals. We greatly appreciate your assistance with recovering medical information for these 2 dates. Please feel free to speak to your physician if you have any concerns.
